Low Maintenance, Low Running Cost
There is not much maintenance that needs to be done on this cordless electric lawn mower. Just charge battery, clean the underside of the mower, sharpen/replace blade and that’s about it. No oil, oil filter, gas filters, air filters, gaskets, grease, spark plugs, belts, no pull start and no GAS!
If you keep it connected to the charger continuously when not in use, it will give the best battery life. The battery can be charged when removed from the mower if you keep the mower in a shed without power.

PROS:

- The battery is easily removable and can be charged outside of the unit or you can charge it while attached.
- Charge time is 12 hours.
- The height can be raised and lowered by one hand with very little effort.
- The mower is quiet and cuts well. If you buy an extra battery, it does come with a charger.
- No gasoline, oil, spark plugs or exhaust fumes.
- Easy to start by pressing a button while squeezing the safety bar.
CONS:

Very easy to use, cuts evenly and has plenty of juice for my 2500 or so square feet of lawn. Newly sodded so it’s very dense and it cut through it no problem. Switched from a gas mower and love it.

I have to totally disagree with the review of this mower.
I purchased one the spring of 2010. It is the poorest cutting mower I’ve ever had.
It was necessary to mow the yard TWICE in order to make it look cut. I waited out the early season high moisture content period…but even with lower moisture content in the grass, it was crap. Unfortunately I missed my return window by 5 days. Lowe’s would not take it back.
